At Nuud, we want you to be completely satisfied with every item you choose, so we have created a flexible exchange and return policy to ensure that your shopping experience is comfortable and straightforward.
 
Replacement:
-The product can be exchanged within 3 days from the date of receipt.
-The item must be in its original condition (unused, unwashed, unwrapped).
-If there is a size or product error, Nuud will bear the shipping cost.
-If you wish to exchange for a personal reason, the shipping cost will be borne by the customer.
 
🤍 Retrieval:
-Returns are only accepted in case of a manufacturing defect or error in the order.
-The product will be inspected within 24 hours of receipt, and if the issue is confirmed, a refund will be issued within 7 business days by the same payment method used.
-Discounted or customized products cannot be returned or exchanged.
